Week 0
First conversation about scope, goals and context. We ask critical questions, judge whether the project fits us and share a no-obligation estimate.

Engineering
Week 1 to 4
Route planning, capacity sizing, materials lists and POP/NVT design. Output is a detailed execution dossier and a fixed quote.

Preparation
Week 2 to 6
Permits, registry notifications, resident communication, cluster planning, material orders and team assignment.

Execution
Variable
Tiefbau, pulling, blowing, splicing, measuring and home connections. Dedicated field teams, one project manager, weekly progress reporting.

Handover
Final week
OTDR measurements, as-built dossier, photo report, warranty terms and final check. The project only closes when you agree.
- 06
Operations and SLA
Ongoing
Optional transition to SLA: 24/7 incident desk, monthly reporting and preventive maintenance. Or ad-hoc engagement without a continuous contract.
